Shortcut keys allow you to invoke menu commands without first displaying the menu, or navigate in ManagePLUS's windows and tabs without using the mouse.
Here is a partial list of keyboard shortcuts you can use in ManagePLUS.
General
F1

Opens the ManagePLUS Help system.
|
Ctrl-w
|
Closes the current tab.
|
Ctrl-x
Ctrl-c
Ctrl-v
|
Respectively, these invoke the menu commands to Cut, Copy, or Paste data to/from the Windows clipboard.

Window/Tab Navigation & Management
Ctrl-Tab
Shift-Ctrl-Tab
|
Moves to the next or previous tab.
|
Ctrl-w
|
Closes the current tab.
|
F2
|
Edit / view details of the current cell.
|
Ctrl-PgDn
Ctrl-PgUp
|
Moves to the next or previous worksheet tab in a ManagePLUS report spreadsheet.

Shift-(arrow keys)
|
You may select a range of cells with the mouse by holding down the left button and dragging the mouse. Or, you may do the same with the keyboard by using the arrow keys while holding down the Shift key.

Ctrl-z
|
Undo the most recent edit(s) of the report.
|
F2
|
Edits the current cell.
