The title of this section may seem a bit odd, but it does a good job of conveying its purpose, which is to provide direct, to-the-point information about ManagePLUS concepts and procedures. "Here's the deal..." implies an explanation which cuts through the fog of loosely related areas of information to give you a basic explanation of the essential things you need to know. That's what topics in this section attempt to do.

In many ways this is a catch-all section for topics which don't properly "fit" anywhere else; other because they tie together concepts from several different sections.
