The File menu contains basic commands for opening and closing ManagePLUS company files, plus other file-related and whole-program commands.
File menu options:

Open Company... |
Displays the Open Company dialog, which lets you create or open a ManagePLUS company, and do company maintenance activities like deleting companies you no longer use, or reconnecting a ManagePLUS company file to QuickBooks. |

Close Company... |
Closes the currently open company. |

The result of choosing this menu item depends on what type of window (tab) is currently selected:

Disconnect from QuickBooks |
Closes any open connection ManagePLUS may have with QuickBooks. See: Disconnecting from QuickBooks in the How-To Procedures section. |
