The Grid menu provides commands for working with the grid in a data window. The commands available in this menu vary depending on which data window you are working in. Here's an example from the Transactions window:

Show inactive listitems |
When selected (check marked) the grid displays all available listitems (accounts, classes, etc.). When unselected, the grid displays only those items not marked as Inactive in QuickBooks. (This menu item only lets you choose whether or not to display Inactive items. You must change their Inactive state in QuickBooks.) |

Expand/collapse groups8 |
Leads to the Grid > Expand/collapse groups submenu. |

Ungroup8 |
Leads to the Grid > Ungroup submenu. |
