The Grid Options dialog lets you change settings for a data window's grid. The commands available in it will vary depending on which data window you are working with. Here's an example for the Transactions window (every window's Grid Options dialog may be slightly different):

In any data window's toolbar, click on the Grid menu button and then select Options.
Using it
