Each has a toolbar which provides commands that apply only to the report data within that window.
Buttons
Here is a list of common report window toolbar buttons and their purpose.

Refresh
|
Refreshes (rebuilds) the report.
Use this command when the report's underlying data has changed or you want to return the report to its original state.
For example, you may wish to rebuild the report if you've refreshed transactions from QuickBooks and want to be sure the report is based on the current set of transactions in ManagePLUS. You may also want to refresh the report if you've made changes in it and want to erase them.

Modify
|
Opens the Modify Report dialog, where you can change report titles, columns, filtering, and other settings related to report data or its arrangement in the report.

Format
|
Opens the Format menu, where you can choose options for changing report colors, fonts, and other report styles.
|
|
Print
|
Opens the Print menu, where you can choose options for printing the report.
|
|
Export
|
Opens the Export menu, which gives you options for exporting the report to a file or spreadsheet outside of ManagePLUS.

Help
|
Opens online Help to a topic specific for the report.
