FormCalc gives you the ability to do calculations within QuickBooks forms ...which QuickBooks alone does not have!

What Can FormCalc Do for You?

Calculations and text handling

Calculated columns. Add, subtract, multiply, or divide numbers from any two columns (even custom field columns) to calculate values in a third column. Example:

❖Quantity * Weight = an Extended Weight calculated on each Item line

Unique-item "counts" within any form column (including custom field columns). Example:

❖The last line of an invoice could show the total number of S, M, L, XL, and XXL shirt sizes on the invoice.

Count the number of boxes, cartons, pallets, etc., on an Invoice, Packing Slip, or Bill of Lading.

Column subtotals and totals

Column totals for any numeric column, including custom field columns. Example:

❖Total hours billed can appear at the bottom of a CPA's invoices.

❖Transportation companies hauling commodities like grain, coal, or gravel can list individual truckloads on an invoice, and show the total weight hauled at the bottom of the invoice.

Subtotals within any column. There's no limit to the number of subtotal groups you can have in the form's detail area. Example:

❖If you invoice for work done by different people, or on different projects, or in different months, you can provide your customer with subtotals for each person/project/month on the invoice.
