The list shows all of the accounting periods you have defined in ManagePLUS, in a . To select one of them as the active accounting period you can either (1) double-click it, or (2) click on it to highlight it, then click the OK button.

Opens the Add New Accounting Period dialog to let you define a new accounting period, by specifying the beginning and ending dates of the period.

Deletes the accounting period that is currently highlighted in the list.
| This does not delete any transactions and does not delete any QuickBooks data. It only deletes the "extra" information ManagePLUS maintains associated with an accounting period, like the management quantities you have entered in the Classes window (which are stored separately for each accounting period). |

Using it
